At Twinkle Toes India, we prioritize your baby’s comfort and your convenience. This Shipping & Returns Policy outlines everything you need to know about how we deliver your orders, how returns work, and under what conditions replacements or refunds are processed.

🛍️ Order Processing
Orders are confirmed immediately after successful online payment from our secure payment gateway.
After successful payment processing takes 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
You’ll receive an order confirmation email/SMS, WhatsApp immediately, and a shipping confirmation once dispatched.

Note: Delivery times are indicative and subject to change based on courier availability, weather conditions, or local festivals.
🚚 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated dynamically at checkout based on:
- Order value
- Delivery pin code
- Delivery method selected (Standard or Express, if available)
- Free shipping may be applicable for certain prepaid orders over a specified value.
- Any promotional/free shipping offers will be automatically applied at checkout when eligible.
🔍 Order Tracking
- Once shipped, tracking details are sent via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
- Courier partners may include: Delhivery, India Post, ST Courier, DTDC, The Professional Couriers depending on location, delivery speed and availability.
🔄 RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & REFUND POLICY
We care deeply about quality and hygiene. While we want to ensure full customer satisfaction, due to the nature of baby care products, returns are subject to strict guidelines.
✅ Return Eligibility Criteria
A product is eligible for return or replacement under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged, leaking, defective, or wrong item/size delivered.
- Return request is raised within 24 hours from the date of delivery.
- Product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all labels intact.
- Photo/video proof of the issue is shared for verification
- The return replacement will be delivered by our shipping partners within 5 to 6 business days as per the delivery time applicable to the delivery location PIN code and other factors mentioned in our shipping policy.
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened diaper packs
- Products used or tampered with
- Products requested for return after 7 days of delivery
- Products marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” on the product page
🔁 Replacement Conditions
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we follow a strict no return or replacement policy except in specific situations mentioned below.
✅ Eligible for Replacement Only If:
- Wrong item or size was sent
- Damaged product received in transit
- In these cases:
- You must raise a request within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide a clear photo or unboxing video showing the issue
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- If your claim is verified, we will:
- Offer a free replacement of the same product
- Or issue a refund if replacement is not possible

💳 Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only in cases where a replacement is not possible for a valid, approved issue (e.g., damaged or wrong item sent).
- If your refund request is approved, the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, etc.) within 5 to 7 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email or message once the refund is initiated.
📌 Please note: Refunds are only initiated after our team verifies the issue with appropriate evidence (photos or video) shared within 48 hours of delivery.
📦 Return Pickup Process
- We will arrange reverse pickup via our courier partners wherever available.
- If reverse pickup is not possible in your area, we may request self-shipment with courier receipt for reimbursement.
- Product must be packed securely to avoid damage during return transit.
⚠️ Important Guidelines
- Do not return any product without approval from our customer support.
- Opened, tampered, or used products will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- Do not ship any products without our confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
- Hygiene and safety regulations restrict us from accepting returns of opened diaper packs — please choose sizes carefully.
